Your keywords must be relevant to your product - your ads must be relevant to your keywords - your landing pages must be relevant to your ads.                                                                                                                                                       
The purpose of this report is to show you ways to improve your ads. It will still be up to you to make sure they're relevant to your landing page and the product you're promoting. For that reason, I can't guarantee your results. If you've chosen the wrong keywords, or your landing page looks like it was designed by a color-blind monkey, the greatest ads known to man won't get a good quality score.
